Why Hicare?
Hicare has the pleasure of presenting their two Luxurious Residential Care Homes for the Elderly in the Leicestershire area. The homes are decorated to a high standard and are highly furnished with a choice of en-suite facilities.
Spencefield Grange:
Meadows Court:
Hicare opened Meadow's Court in July1999 and Spencefield Grange in July 1995. The Homes were totally refurbished and renovated to Luxurious Residential Care Homes for the Elderly.
- Rooms are continually updated,redecorated and refurbished with the addition of en-suite facilities to the majority of bedrooms
- Meadow’s Court has the added benefit of a bird aviary that is located within our gardens, which are landscaped for residents to enjoy a sit down in the good weather and to enjoy the comfortable surroundings.
- Both homes are equipped with an up to date call bell system that allows our residents to immediately alert a care assistant, should they require help. All rooms are fully protected by a fire alarm system, which also includes smoke detectors
- The homes are wheelchair friendly throughout and we have assisted bathrooms and walk in showers. The communal part of the homes have dining rooms and spacious lounges, which include a quiet lounge, smoke lounge, library and activities room. Purpose built and designed on two floors that are accessible by both lift, and staircase.
- Beautifully decorated rooms are all comfortable and tastefully furnished. Many of the lounges have the added benefit of a television and the others have been reserved, for those who prefer quieter, reading lounges.
- The homes also have a dedicated medical room as well as a hairdressing room
- Minibus with wheelchair accessibility and a dedicated pool car available for residents and staff
- Freshly produced meals, catering for special diets
- We have regular visits from a mobile library, hairdresser, optician, chiropodist, a local GP and a dentist.
- Long and short stay respite, day care & holiday care is welcome
